A free, fun and enjoyable 5 km event for everyone. Run, jog, join as a volunteer or as a spectator — it's free every Saturday!

All the participants are there because they think it's fun. You are welcome to walk, jog or run completely at your own pace.

You will need to register before taking part in your first parkrun, but never have to do it again after that. Don't forget to bring your readable barcode.. If you forget your barcode, you will not receive a registered appointment.
