Dog Day at Vaksala Square

Celebrate Dog Day at Vaksala Square with a full day of activities, shows, and inspiration for all dog lovers! Enjoy demonstrations in agility, obedience, and working dogs, and meet organizations and enthusiasts from across Sweden’s dog community.

On stage, renowned dog coach and author Fredrik Steen – known from TV shows such as Hundcoachen, Nyhetsmorgon, and Sommar i P1 – will host the program, interview guests, and share his knowledge and insights about dogs and their humans.

The event is free of charge and open to everyone – dogs, owners, and all dog enthusiasts alike. In the evening, Fredrik Steen will also premiere his new show “My Life as a Dog” at UKK – a warm, humorous, and insightful performance about a life shaped by dogs and what they can teach us about being human.

Please note that most of the stage program will be held in Swedish. However, the activities and demonstrations are easy to enjoy regardless of language.
